Terms of Service

The service. OH HAI is a hosted inbox that lets your AI agents reach you (notify/ask/task) and routes your responses back, implementing the MA2H protocol. Features may change during and after beta.
Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and agent tokens confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account and tokens. Revoke compromised tokens promptly.
Acceptable use. Don't use OH HAI to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, spam, attempt to breach isolation between accounts, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or exceed documented rate limits. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate for violations.
Your content. You retain ownership of the message content you and your agents send. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and deliver it to operate the service. You're responsible for what your agents send.
Beta. The service is provided during beta "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Availability, features, and data durability may change.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data/profits. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or US$100.
Termination. You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or to protect the service. Sections that by nature survive (content license limits, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules; disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
